In this day of modern society, we have never been more lonely. The support of “our tribe” is lost as is used to be in the olden times. We now lead more independent but more alone lives. It’s so hard to find someone genuine to talk to about yourself and share our fears, desires, plans…just thoughts even. After we arrive to our mature years, it gets even harder because everyone is dealing with its own life baggage.
Most of us have no emotional bandwidth to hold space for others. To listen and truly care. Sometimes we don’t need to solve anything for the other person we just have to be there to listen to observe, not to judge to simply exist in the same surrounding and let the other express their true feelings and thoughts.
I’ve been told so many times I’m an incredible listener and a good friend. Many of my friends would say they enjoyed our conversations on a deep level. That’s how my idea was born. I simply want to help people with my presence with my genuine care and my interest in them.
I have spent long years learning about the complexity of life thru my own healing journey.
The topics I have personal knowledge of are:
Childhood trauma
Generational trauma
Inner child work
Parenting
Marriage
Small business development
Interpersonal relationships.
I’m 47 years old, I’m married and i have two children.
I hope we can find eachother in this great big world and i can be there for you and listen to you in an energy of trust and kindness.
